Can I Use a Wired Xbox 360 Controller on Xbox One
I want to play an Xbox 360 game with dissever-screen on my Xbox I Ten. For the primary account signed in, I can employ the wireless Xbox Ane controller that came with my Xbox One Ten. Only I would like a guest to exist able to use ane of my Xbox 360 controllers, every bit I only have one Xbox 1 controller. I have a 3rd political party (USB) wired and other official wireless Xbox 360 controllers.
I tried using both of these Xbox 360 controllers to attempt and connect to the Xbox I 10 using the sync characteristic merely none of them connected. The lights on the Xbox 360 controllers simply flash infinitely.
I did hear that Xbox 360 controllers are non uniform with Xbox One's just does this apply to the Xbox One X too?
I also tried using the stream Xbox → Windows 10 characteristic and plugged in my iiird party USB Xbox 360 controller to my PC which did connect to my Xbox though streaming, however it kept overriding my Xbox Ane controller by connecting equally player one. I need it and so one of them is player one and the other as player 2 so ii of the states tin can play split screen.
Is this at all possible, using an Xbox One and Xbox 360 controller?

Maybe you tin achieve this using panel streaming to PC and connecting both controller to your PC, so the PC accept 2 different controllers plugged in and yous tin apply with 2 different actor.
As additional info, every Xbox Ane wireless controller tin can work as a wired one using a simple USB cablevision.
